After passing through the Final Judgment and the weighing of the heart Ramses the Great and Isis meet with Horus in the afterlife.

Note the lotus flowers, often associated with rebirth.  Ramses wears cobra (uraeus), with its dilated hood framing the disk of the sun, was said to represent the fiery eye of Re. The uraeus in its protective function is often incorporated into scenes from the Book of the Dead, associating uraeus with the underworld.  Horus is significant in the afterlife, the son of Isis, he is also the father of the Four Sons who protected the vital organs of the deceased. The hieroglyphics tell the story.
