King Tutankhamum was the youngest ruler of Egypt. The 12th king of the 18th Dynasty was only eight or nine years old at his succession.King Tut's father was the heretic King Akhenaten. Tutankhamun died at the age of 19. The mask is on display at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo and weighs 11 kilos. It is made of gold, and inlaid with blue lapis.All papyrus paintings are sent with "rough" edges, easily trimmed to fit your framing needs. Dark papyrus is aged by soaking it in water and letting the sugars age the papyrus, it breaks down the fibers and gives a very old authentic feel.
