Procedures for Pick Up:

Once you have claimed your luggage, go to the main exit of the terminal, whether it is terminal 1 or 2.  Exit thru the main exit of your terminal.  Be advised nobody except ticketed passengers can enter the airport, therefore our representative we will be waiting outside your terminal exit with a sign and your name on it.

Procedures for Drop Off:

Borg Al Arab has requires a check in 3 hours before your flight leaves.

Extra Luggage:
In order for us to serve you better we need know how many pieces of luggage.
This help us bring the right vehicle so everybody is comfortable.
Each passenger is entitled to 1 suitcase and 1 carry on piece.
If you are two people that means two suitcases and two carry ons.
Bonus if you are one person you can have 2 suitcases and two carryons.
Please tell us if you have luggage that exceeds this.
There is a charge of $50 if you exceed this limit for 1 to 2 people.
If you are 3 to 9 people there is a charge of $120 if you exceed your limit.
This fee is NOT per piece, it is a flat fee, whether you have 1 extra piece of luggage or more.
