Payment:: Your receipt and credit card statement will reflect the charges From Cairo with Love who acts as an authorized agent of Leader. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by From Cairo with Love.Customer Responsibilities:: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents for entry into Egypt. Clients must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements that may affect their participation in the tour. There may be times we request a copy of your passport. This is a requirement from the government. If we request a copy of your passports, it should be sent via email at least 72 hours before your scheduled tour.Cancellations: 10 days prior to scheduled tour; 75% refund. 2 days prior to scheduled tour: No refund.
Full refund is given if the reservations are cancelled at least 10 days prior to your scheduled pick up time - all times are based on Cairo local time. Example: if you are in Los Angeles and it is Friday night at 5:00pm in Cairo it is already 3:00 am Saturday morning. Here's a great site that shows world wide time zones.
Why no refund in the 2 days prior to your tour? 1. Tickets have been paid for, these tickets are non refundable, non transferable, no date changes are permitted. These are not our rules, but rather the rules
of the sites. We have no control over this. There are no refunds for a no-show. A no-show is defined as the driver/tour guide are at the designated pick up spot and you are not there at the agreed upon time. We go to great lengths to make sure we have a way to contact you while you are in Egypt to avoid any misunderstanding. Please make sure the information is accurate on the order form, or drop us an email. We understand sometimes stuff happens.: A missed connecting flight may mean a delay of your arrival by a day. Contact us, we will do our best under these circumstances to try to re-accommodate you. Keep in mind the tickets for site entries are non refundable, non transferrable, valid for a specific day. This is not a guarantee that it can be done, we will try. Problem on the Tour: Contact us immediately, most problems can be solved on the spot! Example, you have told us in the special instructions on the order form you are a vegetarian and we take you to an all you can eat beef buffet! That's a problem. Change Your Dates: If you are outside the cancellation period, we will try to accommodate your new schedule. The caveat is you are booked during a non peak season and change your tour date to a peak season, there may be a price increase. Liability From Cairo with Love who is held harmless in any litigation or liability. They act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, car or any other conveyance and assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity to person or property.In keeping with industry standards the following is a list of events Leader and/or From Cairo with Love do not have control over and shall be held harmless; -
